Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 14 or more days before the workshop start date
You can request a full tuition refund. You can also choose to convert your payment into a donation to our scholarship fund, which helps other artists take classes at reduced or no cost.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop start date
A refund is not available inside this window because instructor and material costs are already committed. You can give your registration to another person at no cost. Email us their name and contact information, and we will update the class roster. The exception to this is our Day Pass in the Clay Studio, which can be canceled at any time for a full refund.
If the Hoffman Center cancels a workshop
If we cancel a class or presentation for any reason, every registered participant receives a full 100% refund, including the administrative fee. We process these refunds within ten business days to the original payment method.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go to the original credit card, and these usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
