Do you have gently used art supplies sitting unused in an attic or a drawer? Bring them down to the Hoffman Center and join our community art supply swap!
This will be a relaxed, two-hour gathering where you can come and go as you please and exchange gently used art and craft supplies, meet other creative people, and give old tools a second life. Whatever's left at the end of the event goes directly to our youth programs. Bring what you can and take what you need.
We welcome painting and drawing supplies, fabric and yarn, collage and paper goods, printmaking tools, unused sketchbooks and journals, canvases, clay tools, art books and magazines, lithography/etching supplies, and audio recording equipment. Please leave at home anything that's dried out, water-damaged, broken, or unsafe. If you're not sure, bring it and we'll take a look together.
Any leftover or donated materials will stock our supplies for HCA's youth classes.
Can't make it on the 14th?
We'll accept donations during regular gallery hours August 12–14.
